Broccoli Crunch Salad

 Salad

2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, cut into thin rings
1/4 cup sunflower kernels, salted and roasted

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar

Combine salad ingredients and store them in the refrigerator.

Combine salad dressing ingredients. Store in refrigerator.

Just before serving toss salad with dressing.
